My tire pressure gauge warning light was on, but I did not know what the problem was. Maurice looked at my tire and saw instantly that I had a nail/screw embedded in it and that a plug was needed. He helped me to see the problem and patiently explained to me how a plug is inserted. I was frazzled that morning and the last thing I needed was a flat tire. Maurice seemed to understand immediately that I was not at my best and he responded to me with speed, competence, kindness and compassion. It was absolutely 5-star service.

Hassim and the shop were great to work with. They helped me on Sunday when the shop was closed.
