Everyone was very polite, efficient and accommodating. Our vehicle was diagnosed, everything explained about repairs needed, and was ready by COB that day. We have been customers for over 30 years.

I have been going to James Madison Shell for almost 20 years and they have been fantastic! They've always gone out of their way to help me.

I recently took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler to Chahel Automotive for some repairs, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Right from the start, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and heard. The service was quick and efficient. This is the second car I brought to them. Glad they're in the neighborhood!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality car repairs. A big THANK YOU to Favio and the team for making my car troubles less stressful!

Easy to schedule appointment, and job done on time. Very pleasant.

Good service

I have been going to Chanel Automotive ever since they opened for business. I found them always to be helpful and trustworthy.
