Their safety inspections are thorough and don't skip steps. Since I'm taking the time to get it done and paying for the inspection, I like knowing that I'm driving a safe vehicle according to standards. Also they offer free air and have a big compressor for filling my truck's E-rated tires to 80 psi. I really like that they provide that. I think that alone shows they care about their customers. The Shell location is one of my favorites because of the level of technical skill exhibited by the guys at the workshop. This location is also good with coupons aside quality of service.
