I had a nail in my tire that 2 other places said I'd have to drop it off with then. They were able to get me in and out in 15 minutes and fixed my license plate bracket at no charge too. I plan to bring it back for an oil change next week because of the good experience.

I’ve used the Oakton location many times over the last 4 years for maintenance and repairs. They take the time to diagnose the problem and provide quality repairs. I had a great experience with Omar - he replaced the rear beam and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Jim (the manager) is also great - very helpful and polite.

Honest, straightforward. I came in with particular issues that I communicated and the shop nailed down the specifics and advised me options for follow through.

I just had my car fixed at Hunter's Woods Auto Service Center and am happy to say I finally found a place I trust and am happy with. Every step of the way they were incredibly helpful. I had a check engine light on on my Honda Fit 2015. They found out a problem with the exhaust system and gave me an estimate. I did some research and found the amount fair, even on the lower side. Ended up paying even less because they didn't have to replace sensors and were able to use the original ones. I was able to get a loaner car from them too and not lose any work that day. Which was great! Now my car is driving great. They also suggested I change my tires which I did with them for a good price. I hadn't changed my tires in about 4 years... It was definitely time. And lastly - the following day the tire pressure light came on. I went to the gas station by the auto shop to get some air since I thought it was normal with new tires. One of the mechanics came out recognizing my car and said I just need to reset the sensor and he helped me with it. So happy with this place!!! Highly recommend!
