This is the best gas station mechanic shop in Tysons! Ivan the mechanic is incredible, so nice, so kind, so honest, I brought my 2006 Volvo for years and now I bring my 2016 Nissan Rogue. They are always straightforward and transparent with pricing, they talk me through any recommended repairs and are always so kind and welcoming!

I was here only for a Virginia state inspection and to fill up my gas tank. The inspection process was smooth and the staff were polite and professional. The business hours and days are clearly posted (see photo, not rely on thewebsite). I also noticed they have loaner cars available, which is a big plus for customers who need longer repairs. One downside is the lineup/entrance location for inspection. It’s on an access street and the line can get narrow and a bit inconvenient, especially during busy times. I can’t personally comment on their repair quality since I didn’t use their auto service. However, while waiting, I overheard a phone call discussing service for a typical, simple Japanese car. The quoted price for brakes, rotors, and fluid was over $1,500, which seems quite high for that type of vehicle. The gas pump is an older model, but it works fine. There’s also a small convenience store on site.

The oakton Sunoco is amazing . I came in for an emissions test and the service was exceptional. The manager Jim talked me through what was needed and explained everything throughly. Very trusting and helpful ,I highly recommend going there for any car related questions.

The service and people at this Shell are quite good. I would recommend it. Ivan is great to work with in particular. We have maintained an older Toyota Highlander with their help - everything from tires, brakes, broken strut, tranmission issue, inspections, etc.

I went for oil change, but the mechanic noted two significant issues… still have the option to get it fixed in the future, but recommended not waiting too long. I went ahead and agreed to get it done. While there were some glitches with parts, Frank kept me updated throughout the process and went out of his way (driving to multiple vendors to get the parts) to get me back in my car soonest. This was my first time at this garage, but will certainly return for future work.

AVOID. Terrible and off-putting customer service. If the manager just spent as much time improving operations, as they appear to do responding to bad reviews, it potentially could get better.

Man this place was awesome . Very friendly staff. Got to speak at length with the manager Alex about my car. It’s had several ongoing issues but he was extremely informed , polite, professional and assured me that the coolant system issues I was having in my Chevy equinox is a very common problem. He priced me very fairly and assured me he would be able to have the car back the same day. He kept his word and earned my business for sure. 10/10 recommend this place. Ask for Alex you won’t be disappointed!

Frank and team came up with a creative exhaust solution for an Audi. Affordable and quick, too. Car runs better than before!
