We go annually for our annual inspection check. They are helpful and they do an excellent job.

A worker YELLED at me for not opening my car door, when I had, just to learn he was trying to open the wrong car. The employee inside the shop was nice and apologized for him, saying he wanted his lunch break- as if I wasn’t told to come in at this time. Everyone has bad days but ridiculous for a man to be yelling at a 19 year old girl.

A shout-out to Daniel - this guy is an exceptional employee and representative of your business. I needed a tire puncture repaired. Before I could even finish the paperwork, Daniel says, let me get your key and I'll have a look. Efficient and professional fix, I was in and out of there in SEVEN MINUTES TOTAL! Can't beat that service from Daniel.

Today during lunch time came to Oakton Sunoco, - in my brand new Honda C-RV a lock broke. i saw a young gentleman in Sunoco uniform, he turned out to be Danny Rosas-Conzalez, the manager. Without any hope for service today asked. Danny himself rolled up his sleeves and fixed the problem. That was the first time I saw Danny but from now on I will be a regular customer of Oakton Sunoco!

The team here is excellent. They have been maintaining my cars and those of my family for over 20 years. They are honest. They don't do unnecessary work. I was once give a huge list of items to be done on one of my cars by the dealer from whom I purchased it. It seemed excessive. So I took the car to Shell and and asked for their opinion. They advised that only about 10 percent of the items actually needed to be done. I obviously paid them to do those items. I appreciate their honesty and their excellent service.

Customer service was outstanding! Omar was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Oakton Auto Service Center for anyone needing any type of maintenance on their vehicle.
