Ive been taking our cars (96 Mustang, 03 Murano, 06 Prius, 14 Odyssey) to James Madison Shell since 2007. I keep coming back! Mostly I've just gotten regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, safety/emissions inspections, brake pads, etc) but they have also handled a few more significant repairs (e.g, replaced an axle). I've been very satisfied with the quality and value of their work!
