I've been taking my kids older (2005 & 2007) Mazda 3's to James Madison Shell for about 3 years, mostly for routine maintenance and/or serious repairs. The staff there is very professional and courteous, starting with the cashier and Service Manager. They provide a diagnosis but don't try to "sell" their repairs. They do timely excellent work at reasonable costs. An added bonus is, if available, they provide a loner car at no cost. I highly recommend James Madison Shell for auto repair service. BPM

My mom and I are very pleased with the service at James Madison Shell. My parents have gotten their cars serviced at JM Shell for over 20 years. The facility is clean and the people are very helpful. The service guys here are simply the best. Very professional.

I stopped by to make an appointment for A/C system recharge. They had an open bay and Dan, the manager, said they could do it now (it would take about an hour, he said) or make an appointment for later. I decided to have it done then. They completed the job in abut 45 minutes and Dan explained exactly was was done. Since I had stopped on my way home, I did not have the coupon with me but Dan gave me $25 off for the coupon. I have been going to this Shell station for a long time. Always get honest and great service!
