James Madison Shell is my go-to stop for auto service. Over the years, they've provided friendly, fair service and made sure that I was satisfied with their work. Most recently, I came to them needing new tires in a hurry before a road trip, and they went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed a.s.a.p. I recommend James Madison Shell whole-heartedly.

Highly recommend this shop. The technicians are fair with their assessments and if there's anything that comes up with a checkup they don't make you feel like you have to fix anything right then and there but rather to keep it in mind. They always have a fresh pot of coffee in the waiting area and the staff is super friendly.

I've been coming to Shell James Madison for years now for maintenance and inspection. And every visit had always been phenomenal. The facility is very clean and their Auto Technicians are very knowledgeable about what they do, very professional. Excellent customer service. Very convenient location. Ive been taking our cars (96 Mustang, 03 Murano, 06 Prius, 14 Odyssey) to James Madison Shell since 2007. I keep coming back! Mostly I've just gotten regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, safety/emissions inspections, brake pads, etc) but they have also handled a few more significant repairs (e.g, replaced an axle). I've been very satisfied with the quality and value of their work!
