Got my AC working fine

I go to James Madison Shell all the time for my car needs. They are honest and helpful, and they get the job done right at a good price.

I have been going to James Madison Shell for many years and they are always friendly and quick with the service. I walked in and they fit me in for an oil change as soon as they could. If there is a problem with your car, they will do whatever they can to fix it at a lower price.

When it was evident through my uncertainty and awkwardness that I didn’t know how emissions tests worked or where to wait, what to do, etc., the manager stood and kept chatting outside the garage with another employee while I awkwardly lingered outside the garage after a third employee drove my car inside. Neither came over to explain anything. Zero customer service. Gas is overpriced.

I have gone to James Madison Shell for the past 14 years and their service has always been excellent. They have been willing to work me into their schedule when emergencies arise. Their service has always been timely and thorough. Lastly, they have always taken the time to explain in detail every procedure they have performed on my car.
