I don't normally post comments good or bad on websites, but felt the need to do so as I can't believe some of the negatives people have posted. I work just down the road from the station so its very convenient for me to bring my car in for repairs during business hours. Ivan, the service manager is very professional and knowledgeable as too are the other mechanics that work there. I contacted a garage local to where I live recently for an estimate to replace my brakes and rotors and they quoted me at least $300 more than I eventually paid at this Shell station. Ivan took the time to shop around on my behalf for the best price on the brakes and called me back with a better price than originally quoted. They go above and beyond and I have always left there knowing the job was done well, in a timely manner and professionally installed. I have used many different mechanic over the years but now we have found Ivan I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you to all at this service station for all that you do, you guys rock!!

I have been going to James Madison Shell for many years and they are always friendly and quick with the service. I walked in and they fit me in for an oil change as soon as they could. If there is a problem with your car, they will do whatever they can to fix it at a lower price.
