Do not purchase any service or products here (especially service). I was told it was OK if we were running behind our appointment because of typical, unpredictable DC traffic. We arrived a few minutes late and all mechanics waiting for arrivals said it was perfectly fine. However, the rude attendant inside said “no he cannot do” and said “the attendants don’t know what they’re talking about.” When I asked for their business information so I could report her to the BBB, the attendant (who obviously had 0 knowledge of mechanic information as I come from a family of auto mechanics) began yelling at me and walked away. Was easily the poorest customer service I’ve ever received in this area and would much rather pay more at any other business than have to deal with this kind of ignorance and incompetence.
We genuinely apologize you had a poor experience today. However, we don't feel the full story is being shared. You called our store and said you were running late for your oil change appointment (which was our last appointment for the day). We try our absolute best to accommodate our customers so our attendant asked our oil change technician if he was willing to stay late and wait for you. Although his shift was ending and we were closing for the day, he agreed to wait 10 minutes past your appointment time. It was clearly told to you on the phone that if you arrived more than 10 minutes late we unfortunately would not be able to do your oil change. You arrived more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and at that point our technician had to leave because he had somewhere to be after work. He had been working since 7am on a Saturday and it just simply wasn't possible for him to stay any longer. Despite all of the above, we still apologize if our employee did not treat you with the proper respect that you deserve. We have no problem offering you a free conventional oil change on Monday (or any other day) if you are still willing to give us a shot. Thank you.
