I grew up in Vienna, VA and I remember when James Madison Shell was the mechanics you could trust your car with. Frank at the front desk would always take care of you. 3-6 years back, my dad was ripped off by the safety emissions inspector and I decided to stop going here. My parents car had a flat tire and I decided to give this place another try and possibly confront any crooks. To my surprise, they really took care of me. I found out that a lot of people were ripped off by this safety inspector and they had fired the individual. James Madison is under new management and this management understands that businesses in Vienna will only be successful when they maintain values such as respect, trust and service in our small town of Vienna, VA. Ask for Haseen if you run into any issues, he knows what service is truly about!

I got my inspection done here today and they were so nice, at least the man who did my inspection. He was funny and kind the woman who worked on the shell side was also really sweet. It was also very quick and convenient as I work across the street 🙂
