Are you sure you meant to leave a review for the Shell station across from the Chick-fil-A in Vienna? Honesty and professionalism are two of the most important qualities we look for in all our team members so I'm sure this was a misunderstanding opposed to us being "lying thieves".
Everyone was very polite, efficient and accommodating. Our vehicle was diagnosed, everything explained about repairs needed, and was ready by COB that day. We have been customers for over 30 years.
