Very good service. Trustworthy advice.

We rely on James Madison Shell for the maintenance and repair of our two older vehicles, both 2012s--we have not been disappointed, which is why we will continue to return. We also appreciate it when they provide us options and realistic recommendations instead of other repair shops that insist we "must" have certain repairs done.

I have lived down the street from Hunters Woods Exxon for 12 years. When Chahel took over the service bays I saw that they were Honda and Toyota experts. I gave them a try. I was very impressed. Since my first visit, I have depended on them to keep my old Honda on the road. Each time I take my car in, they take time to diagnose what is needed and give me a quote on the cost of repairs. Their quote is what I end up paying. They always take time to explain their diagnosis and show me how it will improve my car's functioning. They are professional and very customer friendly. I highly recommend them for any service.

Outstanding, Second time I have used them. Both times they got a difficult job done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Clearly they use real mechanics. This last problem was unable to be corrected by the dealership yet they were able to do that job for $200. Absolutely sold on Tysons Corner Shell.

I came in for my inspections, not realising that I also had a flat tire. They put the spare tire on so I could drive my car home and ordered my new tire. I got a call at 10:30 the next morning that my tire was in. By noon I was home with my new tire on my car and new Virginia safety and emissions inspections. They could not have treated me any better and I will surely use them for future car care needs.
