Ivan is the best, he offered superior customer service on two occasions that I visited in the last two weeks. He took the time on the phone and in person to throughly explain all issues and he also told me how I could locate a coupon if I didn't already have one. He should be rewarded for his excellent customer service!!! I plan to return whenever my car needs any service.
