I rolled in after service hours had closed on a Sunday with a tire puncture in my vehicle. While most businesses would have simply declined the repair outside of service hours, Hassim jumped into action, put a plug in and had me back on the road in undet 15 minutes. Hassim at the James Madison Shell went above and beyond to provide me great service. I drove in on a Sunday after 12 PM and Hassim was working as a cashier. I asked if anyone was here that could help plug a tire, and he said, service was closed, but even though he was working as a cashier, he could do the work for me. He balanced his cashier responsibilities with being very methodical about reviewing my tire for a leak. He found it, repaired it, reviewing his work and then reviewed the pressure of all my tires to make the same. Incredibly friendly and went the extra mile on a Sunday to help me.
