I called Hassim on a Saturday evening about a warning light in my car. He told me to come over and the issue was addressed in minutes. Grateful for their honest commitment to customer service.

Hassim. my Savior. I am in a borrowed car and the tire went flat on my way home. I pulled into the James Madison Shell and Hassim found a nail in the tire; immediately fixed the tire; filled the tire with air; and told me "all done". Who provides that type of service any more!!! And i've never been to this station before. HASSIM did this - this is an example of the type of service Hassim provides. Thank you Hassim.

Hassim fixed a punctured tire on a Sunday when all other places were closed. He was courteous, fast, and personable. We really appreciate that he was able to do this and keep our car on the road.
