I have been taking my vehicles to James Madison Shell for many years. The service has always been good and priced fairly. The staff are very friendly and I think they do a good job taking care of their customers.

Over the last month, James Madison Shell has completed two major repairs on our vehicles, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Alex and his team did a great job navigating limited parts availability, finding cost savings, and keeping us updated every step of the way. They are professional, dependable, and clearly take pride in their work. The staff here is extremely helpful and kind. They are always diligent about making sure your wait time is short. I have brought my car here many times and they fit me in quickly and are reasonably priced. They often have coupons so pay attention to your mail. The service manager is a great guy who actually cares for you. I highly recommend this place.

I trust James Madison Shell! They are fair, honest, and wont try to upsell you services you dont need. Great customer service and friendly staff make this where I choose to take our cars.
