James Madison Shell performs most of the service for my vehicle. The personnel are great. I appreciate their direct communications regarding the cost of services before the actual work is performed. I recommend their service department to all of my associates.

The mechanics and staff at James Madison shell are fantastic! My 1980 VW Dasher (that is 42 years old now) would not go into reverse, would not start without a lot of effort and would not pass Virginia state inspection. They got it running and made it road-worthy again. I have several old vehicles and I can count on them to fix them without telling me "it's not worth fixing such an old car". Excellent mechanics and innovative solutions to tough problems available at Chahel Automative!
