Came for picking up my car due to had the emissions done here . Just came in the store and wait the manager who I met earlier . This is my first time here so I don’t know where to pay . when the manager came back he started argue with me and the guy who standing in the front desk . I don’t know what is going on with them it looks like they didn’t get along very well with each other. They are so unprofessional I just wanna pick up my car dude ,the only thing you need to tell me is where to pay . I don’t really care how your store works !!!do not blame on your customers who come here first .
Hi Sean. There was a misunderstanding when you came in. The cashier thought you had just brought your car for emissions but the manager later told him that your car had been dropped off earlier for emissions and was already ready to be picked up. I assure you they were not arguing with each other. They have known each other for 20 years and were just joking with one another. In any event, I sincerely apologize that it came across as unprofessional. The last thing we would want is for a customer to feel uncomfortable and to take up time in your day.
