Great service they took good care of me:)

Fabio was amazing! I brought my car in for a challenging Check engine light that had been on for 2 years. I was very anxious about bringing my car in because not only did I know it was going to cost alot but being a woman I have been taken advantage of at multiple auto places. But after talking to Fabio and explaining my concerns I felt comfortable dropping my car off with him. He was able to take a look at it and gave me the run down that same day and the repairs were done the next day. Unfortunately the check engine light came back on and when I brought it back he was more than happy to take another look at it for no extra and he even gave me a loaner car and they were able to find the problem that by the way was not what they were expecting. I am so happy that I found Fabio and his crew. I will defiantly be going to them for now on!

Favio Burke is a "first rate" individual. He did an excellent job in managing a recent installation of a new air conditioning system in my car. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with no issues arising. Moreover, working with Favio was a pleasure. “I wanted the job done right!” I’m writing this review for work done on my 2006 Toyota Camry for a malfunctioning ABS braking system. Other mechanic stations tried to resolve the issue but was not successful. When I met with Favio Burke at Chahel, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and fully explained what needed to be done. He did a complete diagnostic test to reveal the problem. He fixed the problem and fully restored my vehicle for an amazing safe driving experience. I highly recommend Chahel Automotive as a trustworthy and good local service shop. I've used them for years to swap my summer and winter tires 2x/year and for oil changes and state inspections. They have always been very nice to deal with and are very friendly. Recently I had an emergency with my vehicle and my normal full-service mechanical shop couldn't get my car in for 2 weeks. Chahel was able to take me in same-day, assess the problem quickly, and get the new parts and significant repair done by noon the next morning. My car rides like a dream again.
