I just had my car fixed at Hunter's Woods Auto Service Center and am happy to say I finally found a place I trust and am happy with. Every step of the way they were incredibly helpful. I had a check engine light on on my Honda Fit 2015. They found out a problem with the exhaust system and gave me an estimate. I did some research and found the amount fair, even on the lower side. Ended up paying even less because they didn't have to replace sensors and were able to use the original ones. I was able to get a loaner car from them too and not lose any work that day. Which was great! Now my car is driving great. They also suggested I change my tires which I did with them for a good price. I hadn't changed my tires in about 4 years... It was definitely time. And lastly - the following day the tire pressure light came on. I went to the gas station by the auto shop to get some air since I thought it was normal with new tires. One of the mechanics came out recognizing my car and said I just need to reset the sensor and he helped me with it. So happy with this place!!! Highly recommend!

We always use Hunter’s Wood Exon Auto Service Center in Reston for all of our cars service appointments. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, reputable and gets repairs done in a timely manor. I went in for an oil change and the team found multiple issues with the engine and they were able to get the parts and get the repair done by end of day. I highly recommend this service center.

Frank is always on top of it courteous, efficient, and wastes absolutely no time. Car maintenance is never anyone's favorite to-do, but Frank makes it painless every single time. Quick service, no hassle, and reliable every visit. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for a coolant sensor and thermometer issue, and was quoted a fair price for parts & labor. Frank contacted my 3rd party insurance. They insisted they would only pay to have an entire replacement of all parts involved, which was 4x the original cost, and they would pay for half of it. Frank explained all this to me in detail, and advised that a full replacement wasn't necessary according to their diagnostics, and I didn't have to spend all that money. I was really impressed with the honesty and transparency of that moment: to receive advice that SAVES the customer money by not recommending a more expensive, unnecessary job that ultimately would have made the shop MORE money. This was a true example of putting the customer FIRST. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with their vehicle, and wants to deal with trustworthy staff.

I was here only for a Virginia state inspection and to fill up my gas tank. The inspection process was smooth and the staff were polite and professional. The business hours and days are clearly posted (see photo, not rely on thewebsite). I also noticed they have loaner cars available, which is a big plus for customers who need longer repairs. One downside is the lineup/entrance location for inspection. It’s on an access street and the line can get narrow and a bit inconvenient, especially during busy times. I can’t personally comment on their repair quality since I didn’t use their auto service. However, while waiting, I overheard a phone call discussing service for a typical, simple Japanese car. The quoted price for brakes, rotors, and fluid was over $1,500, which seems quite high for that type of vehicle. The gas pump is an older model, but it works fine. There’s also a small convenience store on site.

I went for oil change, but the mechanic noted two significant issues… still have the option to get it fixed in the future, but recommended not waiting too long. I went ahead and agreed to get it done. While there were some glitches with parts, Frank kept me updated throughout the process and went out of his way (driving to multiple vendors to get the parts) to get me back in my car soonest. This was my first time at this garage, but will certainly return for future work.

Frank and team came up with a creative exhaust solution for an Audi. Affordable and quick, too. Car runs better than before!
