Experienced great service at the Tysons Shell! I had been told my brakes pads were almost worn down, so I took it in to have them replaced. The team at Tysons Shell called me later to tell me that my brakes were still good for another 5,000-10,000 miles. They could have easily just replaced them anyway and charged me for the requested service, but they didn't. They were honest with me and didn't even charge any kind of diagnostic fee. I will certainly be taking my car to Tysons Shell in the future!

While I often get gas at this station, I ALWAYS get my car inspected there. Year after year I've had the pleasure of working with Mauricio who is friendly, efficient and a master at his craft. I feel fortunate to have found such a sweet person in such a convenient location! He is also the proud Dad of a recent Virginia Tech grad so be sure to congratulate him!

They give you options but are not pushy. They have gained my trust for car maintenance over the past 3 years.
