I have no idea what other reviewers see in this place. They are crooks and it takes a very little investigation to see right through them. I too, sadly, have been to this station many times over the past 20-25 years and they will do anything to make a buck on you, even through management changes. Recently, they tampered with my vehicle during an inspection in order to fail my vehicle and force me to pay for the repair in order to pass inspection. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I know of many instances of them lying and over charging for services. There are lots of repair shops and service stations in Vienna. Do yourself a favor and choose another location. I will never go back. Also, their gas prices are the highest in Vienna. Anyone remember that this garage exploded not too long ago? That is all I have to say about their commitment to running a proper business. They do not care about their customers or the public.
We are sorry you had a bad experience at our business. We work incredibly hard to exceed all of our customers expectations but this is a situation in which a number of your comments are factually incorrect. 1) We did not tamper with your vehicle during your inspection. While we understand that you are frustrated, this is false and defamatory. If you honestly believe we tampered with your vehicle, the state police should have been contacted. 2) Our business did not "explode". 5 years ago we had a tiny fire behind our building (away from all of our customer's vehicles) that was due to a defective piece of equipment. We were not at fault. Our security system notified the fire department and the fire was out within a few minutes. Faulting a business for something like this is unfair. 3) A quick look at your Google profile makes it clear that you are very quick to leave businesses 1 star reviews. We always work with our customers to make things right if there is a problem, but this is a situation in which it is best for both of us that we part ways. We wish you the best.
