Hassim Great Guy man helped me jump start my car and Offered me a lot of help. Offered me great assistance and really helped me out in time of need when i panicked and didnt know what to do. Even offered to follow me home and to call him when needed. Great worker and would definitely say this was above and beyond his job. Definitely would recommend for higher promotion if I had any say or higher pay seems like a really hard worker who cares about his job and just people in general. Cant thank this guy enough

Experienced great service at the Tysons Shell! I had been told my brakes pads were almost worn down, so I took it in to have them replaced. The team at Tysons Shell called me later to tell me that my brakes were still good for another 5,000-10,000 miles. They could have easily just replaced them anyway and charged me for the requested service, but they didn't. They were honest with me and didn't even charge any kind of diagnostic fee. I will certainly be taking my car to Tysons Shell in the future!
