Very nice service

Trustworthy inspection. Fast, kind, informative.

The service technician who does the inspection is truly a stupid one— I spoke with the manager and he knows it but I am going to put this review because this can help others to not mess up their vehicles. He told me that we have to put inspection sticker on the windshield— I said sure do it and there is a spot down. What he did, he removed a permanent sticker that is for my business use and on that spot improperly put his damn inspection sticker — you can see in the picture how ugly it looks — then re-stick my business sticker on the far right side. Now, instead of removing existing permanent sticker, you could have simply installed your sticker— see how messed up he made all the stickers, despite telling him not to mess up existing stickers— doing it without customer consent is not professional. We pay for service and therefore the job should be done with respect and not to mess around.

AVOID. Terrible and off-putting customer service. If the manager just spent as much time improving operations, as they appear to do responding to bad reviews, it potentially could get better.
