I was at an appointment around the corner and realized that my tire was going flat at a fast pace. I’m a business owner and am always running on a tight schedule. Simon the owner at the Sunoco in Oakton Saw that I was having trouble and immediately was able to help me get back on schedule. I highly recommend coming to this auto shop because it’s rare that you find people that actually care when you’re in an emergency situation. Kevin the tech sprang into action on his lunch break to help. Incredible service!!! Highly recommend.

BMW safety was done very well. Jose was the tech and said wiper blades were worn out, he can fix it. I requested that can do it myself. Was half thinking of complaining to VA police as wipers were wearing down but fine, being asked to change as a trap. He came out with pass sticker asked me to replace at the earliest. Happy he did the right thing. Good experience overall.

I’ve used the Oakton location many times over the last 4 years for maintenance and repairs. They take the time to diagnose the problem and provide quality repairs. I had a great experience with Omar - he replaced the rear beam and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Jim (the manager) is also great - very helpful and polite.

I scheduled my Ford Escape for new brakes because the dealer said I needed them. The Oakton Chahel quote was much cheaper than the dealer so I brought my Escape here. Jim checked over the brakes, discovered they were only 7-8% low, and informed me that replacement was unnecessary. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely bring my vehicle here for future service.

I'd been procrastinating getting my tires checked for far too long. I decided to stop in here to get the pressure checked. My car was taken in almost immediately. Not only did they put air in them but checked for leaks. All at no charge. Turns out it was just from the cold weather. Super nice staff as well! Highly recommend!
