3/11/2023 I had Oakton Sunoco do some routine maintenance on my 1970 Pontiac GTO. Service went fine - then later I had two flat tires - which I took back to Oakton Sunoco - where Jim the manager took care of them. Jim was very helpful - personally made sure the tires were well taken care of - I really like this location - Richard H Oakton, VA

I brought my vehicle to this station after one of their sister stations recommended I bring it to them since their mechanic was better versed with Audi vehicles. The purpose was to diagnose what was causing the check engine light to come on. They determined it had something to do with the intake manifold. They vacuumed out excess water, which appears to be the cause of triggering the check engine light. Jim, the service manager was polite, professional, and communicated the issue in an understandable way. I could not be happier with their service and how they treat their customers.

Hands down the most reliable customer-centric auto center and staff. I won't go anywhere else.

Their safety inspections are thorough and don't skip steps. Since I'm taking the time to get it done and paying for the inspection, I like knowing that I'm driving a safe vehicle according to standards. Also they offer free air and have a big compressor for filling my truck's E-rated tires to 80 psi. I really like that they provide that. I think that alone shows they care about their customers.
